Meditation

Inspired Life Studio is the perfect setting, nestled in rainforest to find a comfortable position and go deep within.

Meditation is an ancient practice that allows you to find stillness of the mind .
In this stillness you are able to access a deep space of emptiness, and allow all thoughts, feelings and emotions to dissipate.

Meditation is the process of bringing your mind to complete stillness and to gain a sense of calm, restoration and peacefulness.

A regular mediation practice has endless benefits to your health, wellbeing and mental outlook.

Our Inspired Life Meditation Classes are 60 minute mindful practices that are designed to leave you feeling calm, restored and peaceful.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra, often referred as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice traditionally done lying down, aiming to induce a state of deep relaxation where the body is asleep, the peripheral aspects of the mind are at rest, but that deeper state of awareness remains.

The aim of this process is to induce the practitioner into a transitional state between wakefulness and sleep that naturally gives access to alpha, theta, and delta brainwave frequencies and therefore unlocks the subconscious and unconscious mind.

As a result, Yoga Nidra has been proved scientifically by many studies as an amazing technique to profoundly regulate the nervous system, promoting a shift towards a parasympathetic dominance which allows deep restoration to happen.

Benefits such as stress reduction, improved sleep quality, enhanced cognitive function, emotional wellbeing and mind-body connection are just a few benefits of this practice.

However, beyond the benefit of deep restoration, Yoga Nidra also serves as a precise tool to tap into a dimension of consciousness devoid of doubt and fear, empowering the manifestation of soul-aligned desires with ease. By diving into this state, the brain is in the perfect place for old belief systems and patterns to be pulled out and new ones implemented, effectively rewiring the brain to align with future goals and intentions.
