Over the years, he has wholeheartedly embraced daily practice and studies as a way of managing anxiety, cultivating well-being and connecting with himself. Julio has extensively trained in various disciplines, including Purna Yoga at Byron Yoga Centre, Tantric Hatha with The Practice Bali, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist with Brad Hay, Yin Yoga with Persia Juliet and Meditation and Yoga Nidra with Adam Mahmoud. Additionally, he is currently engaged in a five-year Ayurveda Training to become a practitioner. He perceives practice as an internal ritual, a way of calming the mind, managing prana and moving towards the ultimate goal of Yoga, which is remembrance of our true essence. His classes adopt a slow and gentle pace, emphasizing focused intention and time for seated practices such as pranayama and meditation, which he considers essential components of the practice.
